College reservec a right not to appoint any proposal scoring highest points, as per preferential point system

If compliance requirement are not submitted, this will result in disqualification of proposal

College will apply 80/20 preferential point system . 80 points allocated to Price and 20 allocated to BBBEE score as per provided BBBEE cerficate.
