Cidb Contractor Grading Designation required is 8CE.
Bidders must comply to the 30% mandatory sub-contracting as stated in the Special Conditions of Contract in the tender document. Annexure B must be fully completed and signed. All bidders and their intended sub-contractors must be registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
EPWP Declaration must be fully completed and signed to ensure compliance.
Bidders must comply with pre-qualification criteria for Preferential Procurement. B-BBEE should be SANAS accreditedONLY or sworn affidavit.
PA-36 Form and Annexure C must be fully completed and signed.

The minimum functionality score is 60%.
1. Work Force: Service Providers to provide proof of proposed Work Force that will be Full-Time employed for the duration of this project =30%.
2. Relevant Experience (Repair & Maintenance Type Projects): Service Providers to provide list of comparative projects with contactable references for projects similar in nature currently engaged in and or completed during the past 5 years =30%.
3. Financial Capability: Service Providers to submit adequate financial resources. Certified letter from the bank indicating the bank rating within 3 months from issued date =20%.
4. Proof of Equipment: Service Providers to provide evidence of plant, utility vehicle and instrumentation owned or to be hired/rented in order to be able to carry out the project =20%.
