Special Conditions: 

CIDB Regulation 25(1B) will not be applicable to this contract

Only tenders with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3 or 4, are eligible to tender.

Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at the tender closing date, are eligible to tender.

A two-envelope tender system shall be followed, as stated in the Tender Data.

Tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 9CE, however tenderers attention is drawn to clause 4.1.1 of the Tender Data when submitting their tender. Tenders from tenderers with a CIDB contractor grading designation of 8CEPE or lower will not be accepted.

The tenderer must meet the minimum threshold designated for local production and content as stated in the Tender Data 4.1.1.

It is a requirement of this project that the successful tenderer subcontract a minimum of thirty point five percent (30.5%) of the work by the end of the contract to Targeted Enterprise(s) as defined in the Contract Data.

Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.

this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender prior to 02 October 2020. Failure to submit tenderer being non-responsive.

Failure to submit Form A1.1 within the required period may render the tender non-responsive and SANRAL does not accept responsibility for any communication not received by the tenderer timeously.
