- Product to comply with SANS 4001 specification
- Items will be delivered to Abaqulusi Municipal Stores.
- Prices may be subjected to monthly fluctuations which are corrected to crude oil & Petroleum prices as per South African bitumen prices,
- In the event of major changes in Crude oil prices may be reviewed and new prices to be agreed as per market indicators.
- Rates to includes delivery and off loading

HOT ASPHALT
- Material to comply with SANS 3001
- Hot Asphalt plant to be within a radius of 150 km’s from Vryheid town
- To be collected by the Municipality as and when required
