2.Only bidders who meet the required minimum threshold for local content and production of Electrical Cables 90% (Including earth wire), Steel masts/Street lighting steel poles 100%, Steel reinforcing 100%, LED flood light fittings 60% will be considered.

Only bidders who obtain the required minimum threshold for of 60% on functionality will be further considered. The functionality criteria is as follows: Company experience=40; Specific key personnel=50; Registration as electrical contractor=10 Total=100.
