Special Conditions: 1.The estimated CIDB contractor grading for the project is 3EP or Higher.

2.Only bidders who meet the required minimum threshold for local content and production of Electrical Cables 90% (Including earth wire), Transformers class 0 90%, Cement 100%, Steel related products 100%, will be considered.

Only bidders who meet the required minimum score of 60% on functionality will be further considered. The functionality criteria is as follows: Company experience=40; Specific key personnel=30; Financial capacity=10; List of plant=10; Registration as electrical contractor=10; Total=100.
