Special Conditions: Only pre-qualify bids will be evaluated further on functionality test (Company experience 40 points; Key Personnel 40 points and PPE 20 points). A bidder/s that scores less than 80 points in respect of functionality will be regarded as non-responsive and will be disqualified. All bidders that scores 80 points and above shall be evaluated in terms of 80/20 preferential point system where 80 points will be allocated for price only and 20 points will be allocated based on the B-BBEE status level of contributor and CIDB Best Practice Guideline #A3 Evaluating Tender Offers and Framework for Infrastructure Delivery and Procurement Management.
