Special Conditions: - The bidder must have proven experience in the
implementation of the proposed ERP system:
The bidder must provide reference letters from previous clients where the bidder has implemented
the proposed ERP system.
References must be on client’s letter heads and shall include date and description of service, term of
agreement, organization’s name, and contact person,
title, address and telephone number.
- The project manager must have a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience project managing the support and implementation of ERP systems. In addition, the above requirements project manager must have a valid ERP implementation and support certification.
