Bid Description: To establish a Lease for Approximately (1625m² - 4200m2) of land with building structures with total floor space of (650m² -970m2) which will be used as a CNC providing for Office space and 12 Open or Covered parking bays for vehicles, the leased property should be within a 1.5km radius from the current site based at ERF 9069, Welkom, Bloemfontein, for a period of 36 months from 1 April 2023 and not extending beyond 31 March 2026.
