− RESPONDENTS MUST COMPLY WITH THE 90% FOR ELECTRICAL CABLE PRODUCTS AND 100% FOR STEELWORK PRODUCTS AND COMPONENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION LOCAL CONTENT THRESHOLD
− RESPONDENTS MUST COMPLY WITH THE CIDB GRADING 1GB OR HIGHER
