APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER FOR PROVISION OF INSURANCE BROKERAGE
SERVICES, CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION AND INSURANCE ADVISORY SERVICES FOR A
PERIOD OF 3 YEARS.
A-1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1)
CLOSING DATE (AT 11:00): THURSDAY, 2 JUNE 2022
The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) is soliciting proposals from Service
Provider/s that will offer provision of insurance brokerage services, claims administration and insurance
advisory services for a period of 3 years.
Only those tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) at
the tender closing date and meet the mandatory requirements as listed in clause 4.1.1 of the Tender
data are eligible to tender.

Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software.
Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form B-1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a
Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date. Failure to submit this certificate
would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in
the tenderer being non-responsive.

There is no tender clarification meeting and a tenderer’s clarification presentation is available from the
SANRAL website https://www.nra.co.za/service-provider-zone/tenders/open-tenders/
COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS
The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11h00 on 2 June 2022.
The physical address where the tender documents should be delivered is 38 Ida Street, Menlo Park,
Pretoria (GPS dms (WGS84) 25˚ 46̍ 39.9 ̎S and 28˚ 16̍ 29.4̎E)
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, email, facsimile and late tenders will NOT be accepted. Tenders may
only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
