• Certified copy of a valid ORHVS certificate, with modules 1 to 10 or HVO-level 04.
• A certified copy of a valid wiremen’s license (three phase/master installer).
• A letter/certificate as proof of being registered with the department of labour as an electrical contractor with IE or ME (installation or master electrician) number.
• Attach three year Audited annual Financial Statement (only those who are required by law to be audited).
