Special Conditions: The following tenderers who are registered with the CIDB, or are capable of being so registered prior to the evaluation of submissions are eligible to submit tenders:
•Contractors who have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 5 CE or higher
Full tender documents will ONLY be available at the compulsory clarification meeting. A non-refundable tender deposit of R 300-00 payable in CASH ONLY, is required on collection of the tender document.
Tenderers are required to score a minimum of 17 points out of a possible 24 points in order to be responsive on functionality criteria and to be evaluated further on Price and preference points.
