Only bidders who meet the required minimum threshold for local content and production of 100% for steel related products will be considered.

Only bidders who meet the required minimum threshold of 60% for functionality will be further considered. The functionality criteria is as follows: Company experience=40; Specific key personnel=50; Registration as electrical contractor=10; Total=100.
