Special Conditions: Tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7CE or 7EB* or higher. Submission of PA-16: Preference Points Form in terms of PPR 2022, A trust consortium or JV including unincorporated consortia and JV must submit a consolidated B-BBEE certificate issued by SANAS accredited service provider. A contract participation goal targets and CIDB Build Programme is applicable for this project.
