Special Conditions: A. Bidders must be registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
B. Tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7CE or 7GB or higher.
C. This bid will include functionality which will be scored out of 100. Bidders must obtain a minimum of 65% to qualify for further evaluation (1.Project Work Force=35; 2.Company Experience=25; 3.Equipemnt=15; 4.Financial Capability/Bank Rating=25).
D. Tender documents will be sold at a non-refundable deposit of R700.00 CASH/CARD per set.
