Special Conditions: : Bids will be evaluated as per provisions of the following: (MFMA) Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003), Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations, PPPFA (Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000): Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022, The JRA SCM policy, Practice note 02/2023: application of preferential point system for procurement above the rand value of R2000.00 all-inclusive and other enabling regulations will be applied in the evaluation and adjudication of the Bids.
