A Non-Refundable fee as stipulated above should be deposited to Mopani District Municipality FNB bank account no 62854372093 per document. Proof of payment should be produced upon collection (Only ATM cash deposits or electronic cash transfer will be accepted). 80/20 Preference point system will apply. Functionality =100 points. Minimum qualification score to pass functionality=80 Points.
