Special Conditions: Responsive tenders will be evaluated on price in terms of the 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (No 5 of 2000) and Preferential Procurement Regulations of 2022 where 80/20 points system will be applied wherein 80 points are for price and 20 for specific goals and for this purpose the enclosed forms must be scrutinized, completed, and submitted together with your detailed quotation. Please Note: on the day of the closing and opening of tenders there will be a pre-evaluation stage for SCM compliance, and should the bidder not comply then the bidder does not qualify for further evaluation process.
