Special Conditions: KwaDukuza Municipality will be applying specific goals in terms of Section 2 (1)(d) and (e) of the Act. The Specific goals applied for this bid: EME’s which are at least 51% owned by Black people will be considered. Only bidders residing in the KwaDukuza Municipal area of jurisdiction shall be considered. The tenderer may tender for any one or all of these zones but the KwaDukuza Municipality reserves the right to not award any one or more of these zones to a specific contractor. The maximum of only one zone will be awarded to any one contractor irrespective of the number of tenders that the contractor qualifies for.
