Special Conditions: KwaDukuza Municipality will be applying specific goals in terms of Section 2 (1)(d) and (e) of the Act. The Specific goals applied for this bid: EME’s which are at least 51% owned by Black people will be considered. Only bidders residing in the KwaDukuza Municipal area of jurisdiction shall be considered. • The tenderer may tender for any one or all of these zones but the KwaDukuza Municipality reserves the right to not award any one or more of these zones to a specific contractor. The maximum of only one zone will be awarded to any one contractor irrespective of the number of tenders that the contractor qualifies for.
