One of the strategic goals of the EAAB is to create awareness and educate consumers with regard to property transactions. The purpose of this bid is therefore to appoint a suitable independent service provider to assist with the placement, design and print of billboard in all 9 provinces. The campaign should aim to place 4 billboards per quarter in different provinces.

The successful service provider is required to submit traffic volumes where the billboards will be placed clearly indicating the source of such statistics.
