Special Conditions: A compulsory pre-proposal RFP virtual briefing will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on the 23 July 2024, at 11:00 am for a period of ± 1.5 hours. The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late.
2.1 Respondents failing to attend the compulsory RFP briefing will be disqualified.
