• The Bidder must provide two (02) reference letters. The reference letter must be on the letterhead of the institution with the details of the contact person. The reference letters will be verified and if the information in the reference letter does not correspond with the referees, bidder will be disqualified.
• The facilitator must have at least 3 years’ experience in presenting such course
• The information of the facilitator should be provided with supporting documents( CV, qualifications and documentation supporting such claims made on the cv)
