Special Conditions: The service provider must submit comprehensive curriculum vitae (CV’s) of the
Project Lead and at least two other professionals that will be assigned to this project
and the project execution. The CV’s must reflect track record (expertise & experience)
in either academic, clinical or social security environments that deal with
measurement of functionality utilizing various legislative prescripts such as but not
limited to Social Assistance Act, National Health Act, Road Accident Fund Act, COIDA
etc.
