Special Conditions: 1) The archiving warehouse must comply with SANS 10400 specifications. Submit proof (certificate of occupancy from the municipality).
2) Submit a NARSSA (National Archives and Records Service of South Africa) Compliance certificate.
3) The supplier must demonstrate compliance with the applicable ISO 27001 standard and provide a certificate as proof.
4) Submit a detailed quotation in line with the pricing schedule.
5) The service provider must have a physical address in the Eastern Cape and must submit at least one of the following as proof of address:
o a valid lease agreement / a recent municipal account / a letter from the ward councillor or traditional leader.
