CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTING ON NATIONAL ROUTE N12 SECTION 15 KM (71.00 TO 76.30)
T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1)

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for the provision of Consulting Engineering Services for Installation of street lighting on National Route N12 section 15 KM (71.00 to 76.30) This project is in the province of North West and in the district municipality/local municipality of Matlosana and the approximate programme is for design and construction documentation to be completed by February 2022followed by supervision of 12 months, commencing 01 June 2022
Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.
Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1,2,3,4 and who is an EME or QSE are eligible to tender.
Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that 1 (one) JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise.
It is a requirement of this project that the tenderer sub-contract a minimum of 30% (thirty percent) of the work to Targeted Enterprises as defined in the Contract Data, unless the tenderer is an EME or QSE with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1 or 2, in which case there are no sub-contracting requirements.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive.
