EasyTenders is a tender portal that provides tooling to search, match, locate, and manage tender opportunities across South Africa. We aggregate public tenders from all levels of government and municipalities, indexing them into a searchable database. Once you register and subscribe, you get full access to search and filter opportunities by sector, region, or keyword, set up personalised notifications, and track the tenders that matter to your business.
We cover every sector where public tenders are awarded — including construction, IT, healthcare, consulting, transport, and many more. Browse our tenders page for a full list of categories.
You get full access to all listed tenders with detailed information for each opportunity. We also provide a directory of tender service partners — such as funding and compliance assistance — along with the latest industry news and resources.

Getting Started

Click the Subscribe button, complete the registration form, and you'll have immediate access to all listed tenders.
Log in to your account, go to your profile, and configure your personalised notification preferences. You'll receive alerts when tenders matching your criteria are published.

No, EasyTenders does not assist with the tender application or bidding process directly. However, we have partnered with a number of service providers who can help. Visit our Services page to find partners offering tender support, compliance assistance, and more.
No, EasyTenders does not provide funding directly. However, we work with funding partners who may be able to assist. Visit our Services page to find funders and financial service providers.
No, EasyTenders does not accept third-party tender posts. We only aggregate and crawl tenders from official government and municipal sources. Third-party submissions cannot be independently verified, so we do not publish them in order to maintain the integrity of our database.
Yes, EasyTenders does offer advertising. However, we strictly only accept businesses that deal directly with bidders and the tender ecosystem. General businesses are not accepted. To get listed or enquire about advertising options, please visit our Contact Us page.

Policies

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
If you have cancelled your subscription and your account is debited in the following month, contact us with proof of cancellation. We will process a full refund within 7 days.
